Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.supplementwholesalers.com.au . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Supplement Wholesalers uses standard Australia Post as our shipping carrier.

Please note that delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes are effecting our stock deliverys from suppliers and our shipments to our customers. We appreciate your understanding with these issues that are out of our control and ask you to expect a slight delay if the COVID-19 restrictions are increased.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will try to contact you via email or telephone that you have provided.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders are $9.99 shipping Australia wide or free when you spend over $150 in a single order.

All RTD Cans or Bottles incur a shipping fee, the free shipping offer does not apply to these items.

Damages
www.supplementwholesalers.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.supplementwholesalers.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the Australia
